1. Services
Rare Xano provides multimedia services including, but not limited to, photography, videography, and digital content production. All services are delivered according to the scope outlined at the time of booking or agreed upon in writing.
2. Booking & Payment
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
No dates or services are guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed-upon date, typically prior to or on the day of the service unless otherwise stated.
Failure to complete payment may result in delay or withholding of deliverables.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
CLIENT CANCELLATIONS
All deposits are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation.
Cancellations made after booking may result in forfeiture of any payments made.
RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling requests must be made with reasonable notice and are subject to availability.
Deposits may be transferred to a new date if approved.
Repeated rescheduling may require an additional deposit.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of creative services:
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Full refunds are not available once services have been rendered.
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, based on:
- The amount of work completed
- Time and resources invested
- Any valid concerns raised by the client
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior communication will result in forfeiture of all payments, including the deposit.
6. Creative Control
By hiring Rare Xano, you agree to our creative style and artistic direction.
We retain full creative control over shooting style, editing, and final deliverables.
Requests for revisions must be reasonable and within the original scope of the project.
7. Turnaround Time
Delivery timelines will be provided at the time of booking.
Turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the project.
Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Provide accurate information and clear expectations
- Obtain any necessary permissions, permits, or releases required for the shoot location
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact the final outcome and does not qualify for a refund.
9. Copyright & Usage
All content created by Rare Xano remains the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a limited license for personal or agreed commercial use.
Content may not be altered, resold, or redistributed without permission.
10. Portfolio & Promotion
Rare Xano reserves the right to use photos, videos, and other media created during sessions for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver high-quality services:
-We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen interruptions.
-Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, emergencies, or government restrictions.

By booking services with Rare Xano, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
